Essential Oils for Dogs
Carrot Seed
Carrot seed is super gentle skincare, and yet very soothing and efficient. It is used as first aid for skin cuts, scratches or bruises, healing, scarring, and other skin conditions. Contents: Carrot Seed in a base of food-grade deodorized coconut oil.
Geranium

Eucalyptus

Sweet Orange
Sweet Orange is popular for its uplifting & pleasant properties. Shy or dull dogs can be helped by this oil. Orange sweet has also deodorizing properties and is also efficient in helping treat fungal infections. Contents: Orange Sweet in a base of food-grade deodorized coconut oil.
Valerian
Valerian is known for its relaxing & calming effects. It is helpful for separation anxiety or fear of loud noises, storms, fireworks, and new situations or environments. Contents: Valerian in a base of food-grade deodorized coconut oil.
Usage:
The oil can be applied directly. Apply or massage to the area where it is needed. You can also apply by petting or rubbing the diluted oil on your hands and gently brush stroke to your pet’s rump straight over the dorsum up to the shoulders, back of the neck, and ears. You can also do the “raindrop method”. Spread hair to expose skin and put about 2 drops on the dorsum – from rump up to the back of neck then massage gently. You can also ear tip or apply on the paws. While doing all the possible ways of application, the oil is also aerosolized and the dogs can breathe the oil. You can do this everyday or as needed. There is no right or wrong method. Just be careful not to apply the oils on mucous membranes.
Warning: Discontinue use if you observe that your pets are experiencing rash or hypersensitivity reactions or extreme discomfort.
